Looking at and assisting my student to do corrections for his unnecessary mistakes like 24+8=24 (duh), while the both of us munched on a big pack of BBQ Curry Twisties at the same time. Hoho.

Cute conversation:
Student: Why you buy so big pack? I don't like to eat a lot now. Later I go home can't eat anything else.
Me: But, you are at home right now?!
Student: Eh.. oh ya..

I made a big mistake yesterday though. His English assessment book had this sentence "The spaniards love to watch cock-fights", or rather, something to that effect.

So, I was thinking how to explain about the word "spaniards" because I have no idea what it means. Then I told him, spaniards are people who love to watch cocks fighting (haha directly from the sentence actually, just a change in the sequence of words).

Spaniards are Spanish people by the way. I hope he won't find out I lied. I need to improve my English haizzz.

Anyway, here are some mistakes he has done. It's not that he doesn't know the answers lor, he just tikam do only. Tsk.

My uncle's children are my aunts.
My mother is my father's mother.
(Ironically, he can answer this: My mother's husband is my father.)

Mdm Tan eats only vegetables. She is a/an ________.
1. carnivore
2. vegetable
3. vegetarian
4. eater

And for this, his answer had to be "vegetable" out of all 4 options.
