Finally the photos are out. Not a lot, but the memory definitely counts. Haha.

Yesterday - Went out with family to Vivocity for dinner. Then we went to NUH when we heard news about my grandfather being warded. Apparently his second toe on the right feet got infected somehow and he was to amputate it but I guess they are trying to see if taking out the pus from the infection would help the wound to heal slowly on its own with medication. I think they'll have to amputate it anyhow though, because he has diabetes and his toe was already gangrenous yesterday. There was reportedly two stories on how he got the wound, but let's not start on it. It would most probably end up as a family political issue so I shall zip up. I just messaged my project executive to inform her that I won't be going back to work tomorrow. She was cool about it, just replied "Ok can, thanks". I was anticipating a bad reply, lol. I have to say the money is hard to earn actually. Imagine someone calling you up when you are about to have dinner or right after your dinner and start babbling about doing a project to gauge awareness of a sexually transmitted virus and asking you personal questions. On the first day of work, Pearlyn and I got so many rejections from our respondents while the aunties easily get people to answer their calls. Wtf. Give me the postion of a mystery shopper over this anytime. Haha. Clinical theory test on wednesday! ._. |
