I should have blogged earlier but I was too lazy and was spending time with boyf after I returned. The trip was fun and here are the photos:
On the way to the jetty in our hired van.
The kelong! Looks small, but is really spacious inside.
Fishing is the best sport to do here, unless you reckon playing carom or mahjong is fun enough to last you two days.
The bosses of the kelong are so generous, fireworks appeared on our National Day to enable us to celebrate with Singapore.
The sunrise and sunset, with no obstruction.
My cousin, Grace, and me.
The people we got to know in the kelong playing cards together on the last day. The guy at the right reminds me of boyf a few years back. =/
One of the fishermen caught these four baktaos or something like that, my mum told me, and we got the privilege to bring it home, lol. Anyway, they're quite translucent and their eyes are green. Very gross.
We also went to the beach at the Twin Beach Resort and the view was literally breathtaking. It's almost like being at Australia. Sadly, I couldn't take any photos because we had to take a boat over and our valuables were kept in the lockers.
However, there is no pool table as claimed. And the karaoke area was not as "private" as stated. But it's still all the same fun despite it all. Only thing that kept me vexed was after my beloved spectacles fell into the damn toilet hole and right down into the sea. WAHLAO THIS IS SOO FRUSTRATING! And boyf kept digging in the other time I dropped his V3 at the same time complaining to me how distraughted he is at the fact of losing $450 just like that. I AM SOSOSOSO SORRY. :'( Yesterday was spent at boyf's place, after having lunch with him and his mum at Gek Poh Shopping Centre and helping to carry the bags of food we bought to prepare dinner because he wanted to have steamboat. He made Oreo Cookie Bubble Tea for me lol! And I think we did about 7 cups of bubble tea yesterday in all, haha. Had dinner and bummed around before he sent me home. |
